APOLLO FOOD AND BEVERAGE CARTS - WARRANTY

Apollo Espresso Carts , Hot Dog Steamer Carts and specialty concession carts carry a one year non-transferable Limited Warranty from the date of delivery of the cart. During the warranty if a part should fail due to defect during normal use it will be replaced free of charge. in case of a part needing replacing or any work needing to be performed on the cart, Apollo is to be notified of the problem and upon authorization the cart is to be taken to the nearest fabrication facility or the part to be purchased at the nearest supplier. Most parts used are available at any RV or Marine dealer. All work or part purchase must be authorized by Apollo prior to the fabricator or supplier proceeding. Other types of damage but not limited to misuse or abuse are not covered under the warranty of Apollo.

Apollo is not responsible for any loss of business which may occur due to any part or equipment failure.

RETURN POLICY

As most Espresso carts, Hot Dog Carts and concession carts & trailers are made specifically for one customer we do not accept any returns without authorization. If the return is accepted it will be on the basis that the cart will be shipped back to Apollo at the owners expense and Apollo will attempt to re-sell the cart. The cart must also undergo an evaluation to ensure that there is no damage and that the cart is safe and has not been tampered with in any form.

Any expense incurred due to repairs necessary to ensure the cart is in good working order and that the propane or electrical system is safe will be deducted from the sale price of the cart along with a 15% commission which is payable to Apollo. Apollo will do its best to advertise the cart and sell the cart at an appropriate price.

We meet or exceed most health codes but it is up to the purchaser to make sure that they have checked with their local health to ensure the cart they have ordered meets requirements for their area
